After attaining C-level positions and climbing the corporate ladder early in my career, I founded Corporate Edge to pursue my passion for executive development.
Driven by my firsthand experiences with the challenges associated with running a company, I sought to equip other C-level leaders with the skills necessary to reach their full potential.
When I started Corporate Edge in 1998, terms such as ‘executive coaching’ had not yet become commonplace. Now, it has become almost ‘cookie cutter’ and generic in its interpretation. Fortunately, our approach has always been unique compared to most. Our success metrics are based on organizational success – rather than simply on an individual
level. This applies whether we work with select individual executives or on an enterprise-wide basis.
In addition, our work may integrate key mentoring by those with first-hand experiences and consultative expertise with teams. Such expertise and collective collaboration are due to the long-term nature of our experienced team of advisors and consultants.
